As an Affiliate, I will:
- Create photo and video content featuring NeuroQ products
- Promote NeuroQ products to customers with my unique discount code
- Share content using our brand hashtag, #myneuroq

As an Affiliate, I understand and agree to the following:
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- I am not an employee, agent, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
- If orders are submitted without using my Affiliate discount code, these orders will not be credited to my account. Only one promotion code can be applied per order. NeuroQ will not cancel any order submission or pay out a commission if an order was submitted without an affiliate discount code.
- I will not earn commission on sales made on Amazon, over the phone, or on any website other than NeuroQ.com.
- I will not share my Affiliate discount code with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from the NeuroQ Marketing Team.
- I will not sell NeuroQ products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
- I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
- I will not receive any other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
- I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Affiliate Program and forfeit any future commissions.
- I will not give any direct or implied medical advice or make any claims about NeuroQ related to the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any health condition or disease state.
- I must be an active Affiliate to remain in the program.
- I acknowledge that NeuroQ reserves the right to terminate me from the Affiliate program and this agreement at any time, with or without notice.
- I acknowledge that NeuroQ reserves the right to use or share any branded photo or video content created as a part of the NeuroQ Affiliate program, even if I exit the Affiliate program.
- I acknowledge that NeuroQ may discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
- I acknowledge that the Affiliates will not be treated as company employees for any reason.
- Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
- I agree to the company’s privacy policy and terms and conditions and I have read and agree to these terms:
