NeuroQ contains a mere 2mg of caffeine as a result of the coffee fruit extract. For comparison, a typical cup of coffee contains 95mg of caffeine and decaf coffee contains 3mg!
If you experience headaches, we recommend temporarily decreasing your dosage to one capsule per day. The Ginkgo leaf extract in NeuroQ increases blood flow to the brain and can cause headaches in those unaccustomed to it. After about a week, you should be able to return to the regular dose of two capsules per day, however, this will vary from person to person.
NeuroQ is made in the USA. It is also gluten-free, contains no magnesium stearate, and is vegetarian.

NeuroQ Sleep Now
We recommend taking Sleep Now oral strips 15 to 30 minutes before bed, although some may feel the effects sooner than others.
Take Sleep Now as needed 30 minutes before bed. Place one oral strip on your tongue, let it dissolve, then swallow. It’s safe and non-habit forming.
NeuroQ Sleep Now oral strips are infused with calm-inducing melatonin and relaxing L-theanine. Melatonin naturally occurs in the brain and supports a healthy sleep-wake cycle. L-theanine is a compound found in green teas that supports sleep quality and duration, so you get a better night’s rest and wake up feeling refreshed.
We formulated Sleep Now so that one oral strip would be the perfect dose for a great night’s sleep. However, some people who are more sensitive to melatonin prefer to start by taking half a strip.
Drinking water will not affect the potency or dilute the effects of Sleep Now. You can drink water as you normally would.
NeuroQ Cognitive Evaluation
The NeuroQ Cognitive Evaluation (Powered by CNS Vital Signs) is a simple 15–30 minute online evaluation that will deliver a personalized NeuroQ Score indicating your overall memory, processing speed, and attention relative to a scaled norm and other people that are your age.
In order for the test to provide accurate results, we require that you use a laptop or computer to take the NeuroQ Cognitive Evaluation. It is not recommended to take the test on a mobile or tablet device.
Once you complete the assessment, you will be able to download and print your score. You will also receive an emailed report of your results with the email you used to take the test. If you sign up for PreCODE at the time you take your NeuroQ Cognitive Evaluation, your scores will also be stored in your PreCODE account.

We proudly stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not 100% satisfied with NeuroQ, you may return the product (opened or unopened) within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund (less s&h). Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by other sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from other sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

We recommend you obtain a tracking number from your post office or mail carrier and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (less shipping and handling). Once received please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.
